Flights
Our package prices do not include air fares. You can fly from anywhere in Europe, just let us know your preferred departure airport and we will make you an offer. Hereunder you will find a sample of convenient and low-priced non-stop flights departing from Frankfurt with Condor for our standard trip.

Luggage
Condor: hand luggage (max. 6 kg)
+1 checked luggage (max. 20 kg)
Any issue regarding baggage transport is to be settled directly between the passenger and the airline company. (02/24)
Bike transport
Bikes must necessarily be registered with us. Prices for a packed bike as of 01/23 are as follows:
Condor from 80 Euro per way up to 30 kg
Lufthansa 250 Euro per way
Edelweiss Air .: free of charge (up to 23 kg)
Transfers
The transfer from the airport to the accommodation (incl. ferry) and back as well as transfers to the official Ironman events are included in the tour price. The transfer fare for the bike is included.
Flight reservation
You may naturally also book your flights yourself. In that case, let us know your arrival date & time as well as your flight number and we will still organize your transfers from and to the Cancún Airport. If you do book yourself, please take into account the fact that the last ferry for Cozumel departs at 10 p.m.! If your flight lands at 5 p.m. you will probably be too short on time.
Premium Economy
Premium Economy is available for a fee on Condor flights and includes 15cm more legroom, a separate check-in counter (Germany) and free seat reservation.
