First of all, a huge thank you to Hannes and his team. As a family group, some of us a bit older, we found you absolutely amazing—far exceeding our expectations. The atmosphere during the week leading up to the race was truly impressive. It’s incredible how you managed even the small but crucial issues with such great humor and positivity. It was a refreshing contrast to the heavily commercialized IRONMAN logistics.
