Trip To IRONMAN Lanzarote
Tough, tougher, Lanzarote. One of the world's toughest IRONMAN takes place on this Canary island year after year. Wind, mountains and not to mention heat make this race an absolute challenge. Come with us to Lanzarote and overcome it!
The easternmost Canary island lies in the Atlantic Ocean, only about 100km from Africa's coast. Volcanic eruptions in the 18th and 19th century have given the island its particularly spectacular character. You can find bizarre landscapes with volcanic grottoes and craters next to white sandy beaches with crystal-clear water. Lanzarote is ca. 800 km² large, the climate is dry and warm and the northeast trade wind often blows, which gives a special flair to the race.

Our Service
Our team will be at your side and take care of all your small and big worries. From the booking to the arrival and of course on site! We know how it is when a big race is coming up, because we were and are athletes ourselves. Our multilingual tour guides are always close by and our guides take care of all the small and big problems that should arise. So the days before the race are relaxed to the maximum and after the race the holiday can start immediately!

Flights
No matter from which airport, which flight class or with what luggage you want to travel: tell us your flight preferences and we will find the right one for you. We know all about the different airline's checked baggage policy regarding bike transport and will also take them into account when selecting the best flight connections.
Accommodation
The Seaside Los Jameos Playa hotel is located in Puerto del Carmen on the „Playa de los Pocillos“, in a quiet location about 150 meters from the beach directly on the bike and run course. There are only 3 kilometers to the start and finish lines.
Rental Cars
Would you like to explore the surroundings on your own? In that case, a rental car is exactly what you need. We will arrange for the appropriate vehicle type with a complete insurance package at attractive conditions.
Airport transfer
Regardless of how much luggage you travel with or at what time of the day or night you arrive at the airport, we are there for you and will take care of your transfer. Are the local supermarkets already closed? We will cater for you with drinks and something to eat, this is standard practice for us!
Round trip
We are not only a sports specialist but also a tour operator who can organise an after-race round trip through Lanzarote or to another Canary island. We will gladly give you an overview on the possibilities!

What could be nicer than getting to know great like-minded people? HHT - connecting people since 1987. We offer excursions and events together with the whole travel group during all our trips.
Training activities
Checking out the swim, bike and run course together is part of every race trip with us. Needless to say this includes our comprehensive carefree package, meaning food and beverages as well as mechanic support etc.
Workshop
We know how important race material is to our athletes. On each trip we have a mechanic traveling with us who can take care of your bike, even at the last minute. Did your frame break? We have always managed to arrange for a replacement bike in the past.
Race briefing
We will attend the race briefing for you and emphasise the most important points. Should there still be specific questions remaining unanswered after that, we will use our 30 year-old netwoork and ask the race direction directly!
