The HHT-Team

A special tour operator requires special guides, special employees and special directors. That is why in our team, you will find almost exclusively triathletes or former triathletes. Heaps of triathlon expertise, cheerful mood and motivation are concentrated within our team! We treat each other with respect and will treat you the same way, regardless of your fitness level.

Besides triathlon expertise, know-how in the tourism industry field is indispensable. We are helped by the relationships we have built over the years at every destination, but also by the conscientious travel preparation and support of our office back home.

Christoph Fürleger: CEO

Christoph Fürleger: CEO

As a former open water pro, he had to keep track of his opponents and his swimming direction. Today it is the many creative projects and processes that demand his attention. After finishing his studies (Master of health economics) he left the working world of the pharmaceutical industry after a short time and became part of the HHT family. Since 2013 he has been managing director of Hannes Blaschke GmbH and enjoys the opportunity to make a difference in his dynamic team day by day.

Hannes Blaschke: Founder

Hannes Blaschke: Founder

Actually, he wanted to become a teacher then he organized a trip to IRONMAN Hawaii, the rest is history. Always in business and always in a good mood. Hannes stands with his name for our company and exemplifies the combination of professionalism and passion. Never dogged and always close to the sport, the customers and the scene. When he is not baptizing a new project in the Allgäu, he can be found on Lanzarote, Mallorca, Fuerteventura, of course Hawaii, or anywhere else in the triathlete's world.

Marlon Wörndl: Events / Head of B2B

Marlon Wörndl: Events / Head of B2B

Born in Sonthofen and grown up in nature, Marlon crossed the border to Innsbruck to study. After his bachelor's degree in service management and tourism, the passionate cyclist is now responsible for cooperations and events. Whether Allgäu Triathlon or Grüntenstafette, also thanks to him absolute pioneers of the endurance sports scene.

Matthias Epping: Marketing / Brand Management

Matthias Epping: Marketing / Brand Management

Privately it can be metal sometimes. Here the former triathlon pro rocks the marketing. Even if the native of the Lower Rhine region of Germany the 'Pfüat di' (=take care/see you soon) doesn't come easily over his lips, communication is his strength. He studied social sciences with a focus on communication and media science. As marketing manager he coordinates content creation and supervises the community in the social media.

Daniel Näbrig: Head of product development / Events

Daniel Näbrig: Head of product development / Events

The Allgäuer native has already climbed all the mountains in the area. Whether in summer or winter. Whether on the road or the trail. Fast ski tours are his passion, cartography is his degree and at home playing the harmonica is his musical hobby. Never at a loss for a dry saying and well versed in graphic design we owe him, among other things, the cult design of the Allgäu Triathlon.

Christian Grath: Endless Local

Christian Grath: Endless Local

The former sales representative of a major sporting goods brand has a wealth of experience. After school, Christl first worked on his bicycles then he added a degree in business administration. Driven by his passion for new things and fed by his experience he started his own project - endless local. Today, his own clothing brand is going high up the ladder. In our merchandise management system he dutifully keeps track of things and endless local is the freestyle.

Timm Gärtner: Head of Camps

Timm Gärtner: Head of Camps

Via detours to the office. Timm likes to climb the one or other Allgäuer summit on the way to work. But not only the way to work can be long. For the native East Frisian, the way to the Allgäu was a long one, at least geographically. Thanks to his bachelor's degree he is at home in the field of geosciences. He answers questions about the Hawaiian volcanoes just as reliably as everything about camps and travel.

Simon Malsch: Head of Ttriathlon trips

Simon Malsch: Head of Ttriathlon trips

Simon shows endurance. As one of the longest-serving employees he brings with him a wealth of experience in the tourism sector. In his free time, he also goes high and far. Trail running, also over ultra distances, are the strengths of the trained tourism specialist. His most important tool is the project management software. All camps and trips run through his desk. From Lanzarote to Hawaii - Simon has the overview.

Andrea Breyer: Head of distribution

Andrea Breyer: Head of distribution

The contact to people is what makes Andrea strong. At fairs, in camps and on the phone there are no questions she can't answer. Already working in the company since 2010, the trained travel agent knows our trips like no other. As befits an athletic woman from the Allgäu region she has been skiing since her early childhood and has also had a taste of triathlon. Besides various activities in the fresh air, baking is one of her passions.

Nina Trapp: Head of controlling / destribution

Nina Trapp: Head of controlling / destribution

Nina is an early riser and often the first one in the office. The specialist for our back office is the elementary interface to accounting. She was born in Biberach and studied tourism management in Wernigerode. Always rested, she keeps track of the diverse processes and projects in tourism. In her free time, too, she always keeps a look ahead. Because a hundred percent focus is just as essential for rapid descents on a mountain bike or snowboard as in the office.

Ronja Hanakam: Trainee tourism

Ronja Hanakam: Trainee tourism

With Franconian roots and coming from NRW, Ronja went to the south for dual studies. The theory goes to the DHBW Ravensburg where she studies travel management and she completes her practical part in our tourism office. Swimming and running are her sporting preferences. As a volunteer she is passionately committed to the protection of turtles and gives free rein to her creative vein in writing and music.

Peace and strength. Whether mountain chickens, volcanoes or triathletes: Mo has already followed and recorded quite a few things with his camera. The young family man appreciates both the peace and quiet on his home farm and the unbridled power that a shot can unfold. This passion can be found in his work. Originally he learned event management then studied media design and in the meantime Mo is responsible for the picture and video production. In addition he passes on his knowledge as a lecturer to future generations.
