Our team will be at your side and take care of all your small and big worries. From the booking to the arrival and of course on site! We know how it is when a big race is coming up, because we were and are athletes ourselves. Our multilingual tour guides are always close by and our guides take care of all the small and big problems that should arise. That way, you can fully relax before the race and your holiday can start immediately afterwards!
FLIGHTS
No matter from which airport you want to fly, which flight class you would like to book or the type of luggage you want to bring: tell us your flight preferences and we will find the right one for you. We know all about the different airline's checked baggage policy regarding bike transport and will also take them into account when selecting the best flight connections.
BIKE COURSE RECON
The bike course is pretty tricky. We will give you the opportunity to check out the course by bus or car before the race (for additional costs).
AIRPORT TRANSFER
Regardless of how much luggage you travel with or at what time of the day or night you arrive at the airport, we are there for you and will take care of your transfer (for additional costs).
Welcome Event
What could be nicer than getting to know great like-minded people? HHT - connecting people since 1987. We offer excursions and events together with the whole travel group during all our trips.
TRAINING ACTIVITIES
We will have a group swim on the race course every day. Easy bike rides and runs are also planned.
RACE BRIEFING
We will attend the race briefing for you and emphasise the most important points. Should there still be specific questions remaining unanswered after that, we will use our 30 year-old network and ask the race direction directly!
BIKE MECHANIC
Gears not shifting like they should? Problems with the bike assembly? Our mechanic will take care of small and big problems related to your bike.
WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?
Even in Nice you might get a toothache or have communication problems, for instance. We are not magicians but will still pull out all the stops to help you. We care 4 you!
