Flight information and dates
Vols
Several airlines fly to Finland from major German and European airports. Finnair's flight schedule is the densest here. The nearest airport is Helsinki (approx. 1 h transfer time). Flights are available from 400€. Please note that each airline has its own baggage regulations. We will be happy to provide you with a non-binding offer.
Bike transport
Bike cases up to 30kg can be added for a fee with most airlines. With Finnair, bike transport is €70 each way. If you would like to take a bike with you, please indicate this in your travel request.
Entry regulations
A valid identity card (alternatively passport) is required for entry into Finland. This must be valid for at least the entire duration of the stay, including the day of departure. Each participant is responsible for complying with the entry regulations. The regulations may change at any time and can be viewed at the Foreign Office.
